The Tricare Health Pack is NOT insurance, it is a reduced fee for service program that provides discounts at certain providers. Members must pay the entire cost for the health services performed at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements are made with the provider’s office. This health service program does not pay providers.

The health services provided in this program may be a duplication of services and products offered by a member’s health insurance plan if the member has health insurance. This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation/refund.

This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services.

This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.

The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
